The Perma-Poultry Markets is excited to be able to present a two part workshop addressing the topic of Raising and Preparing Poultry For The Table. Ethical, small scale self-sufficiency truly is achievable and we are looking forward to sharing and learning together in a relaxed atmosphere. This is a hands on workshop if you would like it to be, so please bring an apron and appropriate footwear. Light lunch and refreshments provided.
