We are being encouraged t...o look at all areas of our lives and we may find that we will be asking ourselves some deep questions. Who are we? 12.01.2022 New Moon Meraki Mandala New Moon in Pisces Pisces season combined with Mercury in retrograde has made for a very emotional week in the lead up to tonight...’s New Moon . Many of us have felt like we have been dragged back and made to reflect on the past lessons we thought we had already learned. We may be struggling if we thought we had already moved on and don’t need this reflection. The way we have communicated and dealt with past relationships may have been a big part of the emotional roller coaster this week. Anything we have tried to keep suppressed will have felt like it’s been amplified and then mirrored back to us. Whatever we may have been hoping to have kept hidden will be rising to the surface to be dealt with, whether we feel ready or not. Masks will no longer hide our inner emotions and we will instead be wanting to embrace our truths. We will be seeing that the only way to move forward is to be very clear and honest about what we are feeling inside. We are being encouraged to not only start to process these truths but fully step into our power and own our stories. It’s time for us to allow our authentic souls to be seen and to embrace our own unique expressions. This is not an easy time but we must remember that this process brings us the healing that will bring us freedom. It’s time to lay it all out on the table and know that we will find the inner strength to support us through what that brings. This New Moon brings us a chance to finally accept and understand ourselves in a way that will bring huge change to our lives. We will have a better understanding of what we are wanting and also of what we will no longer allow to continue. These new found discoveries and boundaries will give us the confidence to bravely move forward and walk the path towards our dreams. We deserve this time of healing and to find true peace within our hearts. 08.01.2022 Monday Meraki Mandala The intention within this weeks mandala is reminding us to stay heart centred and to not be afraid to put in place healthy boundaries ...to allow ourselves time and space to heal. Many of us are currently in many different states of transition and we may be finding all the changes challenging to integrate. We could be seeing this week that all is not what it seems and as deeper truths are revealed it will be difficult to remain hidden behind a mask. It is time for us instead to work through, process and heal the feelings that we have long kept suppressed. We are being urged to flow with these difficult moments, even though they may make us feel extremely uncomfortable and know that from this vulnerable heart space we will find the strength inside to own our truths. When we bravely share our stories we allow healing to flow not only for us but it also helps others who may resonate with our story to not feel so alone and find their way. Grounding will be important to help us to stay balanced and clear headed to make the decisions that we know need to be made. Staying clear helps us to connect with our inner intuition and trust we are on the right path. Go gently and have a wonderful week ahead...it may help us this week to take a step back and observe before assuming or reacting impulsively. 05.01.2022 Monday Meraki Mandala This weeks energy could find us feeling confused, frustrated and exhausted. It has been tough going for many and we seem to have a lo...t to process before we see Friday’s New Moon. We may be finding ourself in a frustrating position of transition, where we need and want change but it is not happening as quickly as we would like. Times like this test our resolve and we may not make choices that are in our best interests through frustration. We are being reminded we need to see this time as a chance to gather our thoughts and use this time to prepare and plan. This is also a good time to take a step back and take some time out if we are able to. Running ourselves down can also be affecting our ability to make decisions that are going to help us move forward. In this down time we can connect within and ask ourselves exactly what is it that we do want. We may know that we can’t go on the same way but we may not have made it clear or know what it is our hearts are wanting to manifest. When we have a clearer picture, our path forward will become much clearer and doors of opportunity may suddenly open for us. When we experience times of stress like this we can find ourselves spending too much time trying to work every thing out in our heads. We may feel spacey and scattered if this is happening way too much. It will be important this week to ground ourselves and pull ourselves out of our way too busy minds. Look at cathartic ways to ground and express this excessive energy. While we have this lull in time we can nurture ourselves and go back to basics. Get out in nature, get creative, go for a walk, swim in the ocean, run a bath, watch the sunset or explore a national park, anything that helps us to connect and quieten our mind. The clarity we find may help us to find the answers that already lay within us. Listen to what your body is needing right now and don’t try to keep pushing through. It is a natural instinct as the dark moon approaches to go within and seek out the quiet time we need. Friday’s New Moon gives us the opportunity to plant our seeds of intention and set new goals. Be patient and trust, the new beginnings we are seeking will be coming to us real soon. Take good care this week and take that time to ground. 04.01.2022 Monday Meraki Mandala Energetically we are finding ourselves again this week feeling every emotion and journeying into the unknown. It is a time of mass aw...akening and there is no where to hide. Everything we once knew is now upturned. Many are projecting their fears and emotions onto others to hide what they are truly feeling inside. Emotions of anger, panic and fear are being experienced, while other may be trying to withdraw, ignore or numb what they are feeling. With the restrictions in place all over the world we are suddenly learning to be still. Many of us could be finding this very difficult because being busy helps us to distract ourselves from what we are not wanting to face or feel. For a lot of us this last week may have brought up our past and we have been confronted with what we were wanting to keep on avoiding. Our hurt inner child is appearing and wanting us to sit with them awhile. Tears are falling as past pain and trauma is reappearing and we have the space to actually feel these huge emotions. As we are being told to physically distance from others, our inner child is reaching out for our embrace. Many of us have been afraid to begin this work but during this time of upheaval this sort of emotional healing may have taken us by surprise as our authentic self is yearning to be exposed. Our relationships may be feeling strained as we are trying to make sense of not only the changes that are surrounding us but also process those huge changes that are happening on an inner level. A lot of people are talking about the healing that is happening to our planet but it is also happening to each one of us as well. We may be finding we are becoming mentally stretched to our limits as the tension and stress grows. We must remember also that home is not always a safe place for many and this time may bring unthinkable challenges. The past places we may have turned to for solace and support are most likely now closed. Many of us may be feeling very alone with these previous support networks now gone. This is a time that we must reach out for help and be honest if we are not okay. Our mental health must be a priority during these uncertain times and we need to seek out the support we need in new creative ways. We can make use of freecall hotlines and government assistance if it is there to put in place a care plan. We can delve into online support groups, counselling, short courses, self help books, journaling or seek out talks/tutorials from people who can inspire us to hang on during times of great duress. The world has not experienced anything like this and we are all in unchartered territory. We must remember that this will eventually pass, we don’t know when or how life will look for us all afterwards but it will pass. It’s a good time for us to explore past passions or hobbies that may have once brought us peace and balance. Working with our hands doing arts, crafts or gardening is an excellent way to keep us grounded. Music is a great mood changer and can uplift us during times of great sadness. Dancing connects us and is a cathartic way to release suppressed energies. Let’s find ways we can express what we are feeling and find ways to be grateful for the little things in life that bring joy. It may be a simple ritual of taking a deep breath and placing one hand on our heart while we watch the sunrise or sunset each day, being grateful for our health. There is much more going on than we can begin to imagine during this huge time of awakening and rebirth. We need to trust in the process and know that love is always stronger than fear. A new world is dawning and from this time of darkness we will collectively again find the light and a new way forward. Take good care this week everyone and remember to look out for each other.
