24.01.2022 We are forever the optimists at Café 195 and feel that spring and summer are definitely on the way so what better way to celebrate than with a beautiful Seafood Basket for lunch!! On the menu today and Saturday and also Sunday as we are open for market Sunday this weekend. Pop in and enjoy this fantastic dish at Café 195.

24.01.2022 Cafe 195 welcomes the Duval Originals back to Armidale this weekend for their 40 year reunion. We hope you have a great time catching up and remember, if you want a nice coffee then come and see us in the middle of the Mall - opposite the old Jury's building!

22.01.2022 A couple of Birthday cakes the Café did for people this week. A choc peppermint creation and a Pav with attitude!!!!

18.01.2022 Have just spent 8 days in Cambodia and here's something I won't be suggesting we put on the Café 195 menu - deep fried grasshoppers, crickets and cockroaches!!!!

16.01.2022 Just reminding everyone that our licence has come through so you are now able to have a glass of wine or beer with your meal. So, if you fancy a nice relaxing brunch or lunch tomorrow [or any other day during the week] with a beer or wine, we are open on Saturday from 8am and then weekdays from 8am also. At the moment we are closed on Sundays [except Market Sunday] but are hoping to re-start Sunday opening in March.

06.01.2022 This weekend's Specials at Café 195 - Garlic Prawns and 5-spice Beef stir-fry. Come on down and give them a try. Open Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and lunch.

05.01.2022 It was nice to have the Deputy PM drop into the Cafe yesterday and try our regular beef tacos for lunch. And on that note, today and tomorrow we still have our regular tacos but we also have special seafood tacos on the menu. So, if you're keen enough to head out in the cold today, why don't you drop in for lunch at the warm and cosy Cafe 195! The heater is always on!!

03.01.2022 Just letting everyone know that from this weekend [8th & 9th October] Café 195 will be open on Sundays from 8.30 til about 2pm. So if you want to have breakie, brunch or lunch come on down!

02.01.2022 Just letting you know that Café 195 will be opening on Sundays from tomorrow 4th Feb from 8.30am till about 11.30 for breakfast, brunch or an early Sunday lunch. Got some great specials [Asian-style eggs or rolled steak stuffed with onions, mushrooms and mozzarella] plus all our favourite breakfasts and lunches. Hope to see you there. So, because we are opeing on Sundays from now on, we will be closed on Monday. Gotta have one day off!!!!

01.01.2022 Would just like to take this opportunity on behalf of everyone at Café 195, to thank all our loyal, repeat customers as well as all those new customers who were visiting and passing through Armidale last week and this week, for your patience and for appreciating the fact we were the only café in the mall open for service. It was lovely seeing our repeat clients and also meeting our new customers. Thanks for your understanding and also your lovely comments to the staff who were doing a sterling job under the circumstances. We were glad we were able to serve you good coffee and great food during this holiday period. Hope to see you all again soon!!!
