25.01.2022 I was lucky enough to do a gnocchi session via zoom with Danielle and Marion. Commitment Fitness put out the invite and I jumped at the chance. Testers at the Cafe have given this dish a big tick and Corryong Greengrocer stock the exotic mushrooms we need. These are a new addition to their fresh produce. It has all come together at the right time.

12.01.2022 Human kindness and thought for others is often displayed in words but also in donations. The act is to let individuals and families know that their grief and loss is felt by all. Mountainbee Honey has penned from the heart and given a financial contribution which will ensure that our pay it forward hampers continue. Our pay it forward journey as a business started back in January when friends and strangers wanted to provide comfort to the lives of individuals and families in our community. 07.01.2022 Lots of catering went out today, more tomorrow. Have you noticed activity on the balcony? The flooring has been admired by many. Great job from our local builder Graham Pfeiffer. Roof is going on Friday.

07.01.2022 We have been trying lots of cauliflower dishes this week. They have been on special at The Greengrocer and now Corryong IGA has them. Both suppliers have had these at a bargain price. For lunch for the next couple of days, there are two varieties of cauliflower pressed flat breads. One with feta, cauliflower tapenade, and caramelised onions. The other with hummus, halloumi and cauliflower tapenade. Vegetarian lasagna also available till sold out.

06.01.2022 We have a new toastie on the menu. House made condiments, pesto, marinated vegetables. In all, built with 7 ingredients. Mostly vegetables. Home grown or gifted to us by our wonderful customers. Just ask for a Mediterranean.

04.01.2022 Today House made sour dough with chorizo, lentil and cumin soup. Thick and hearty. More butter vegetable curry being made today by Tiarnee. We sold all of this yesterday. Bee-sting cake about to go under the dome.

03.01.2022 The crew at the Brew is changing. If you get the chance this week pop in and say farewell to Issy whose last shift is this Saturday. We won’t embarrass any of our crew on social media. However, we will be very free with our pen as we highlight all their amazing skills and strengths in a reference for the next stage of their working life. Issy, the first to go, is off to Geelong to go to Deakin University. We miss you already. Xx
