12.01.2022 Moo Moo Our healthy beef burger is made with lean steak mince, cheddar, spinach, Roma tomato and mushroom mayo! All contained in a charcoal tiger roll with a side of baked sweet potato chips. Only these rolls seem to appeal to the Darwin foodie type due to its unorthodox appearance.. we are very glad of this being the case! ... Love your food, yourself and be adventurous. 08.01.2022 This could be a touchy subject considering our diverse customer demographic, but we’ll say it anyway.. We seem to get lots of comments that are not always positive about the food we design and sell at Cafe Eco, this has been highlighted with our new menu that came out yesterday. Cafe Eco is not a vegan or vegetarian cafe, though lots of our food are meat and animal free this is just because myself and the team don’t eat meat every day.. it’s our choice and we are very happy t...o eat lots of veggie foods and meat sometimes. (We do have vegans and vegetarians here too). We understand some people think designing meatless meals are not substantial enough for their diets as meat is a staple to them, those people are correct as their diet is the way they wish to live.. Then there are some people who hate the idea of eating meat as they have strong morals on the animal trade and all associated unpleasantries, these people get everything they need from plant based foods, this suits them just fine. Then there are many many different diets Inbetween from fruitarian, pescatarisn, meat free Monday’s, gluten frees, dairy frees, low carb, ketones and so on.. it has so many variations. The point of this is that so many seem to judge others for their diets.. mine is better, yours is stupid.. blah blah and so on. Everyone can choose their own diet, we don’t all have to agree, but if you feel you need to tell others how to eat the way you do I’m just saying it might not be right for them. Judging others for things all the time is only putting a right or wrong to someone else’s behaviour and that’s from an opinion.. opinions are subjective. Be kind to peoples choices and help people, don’t hate. If your doc says stop eating junk food then he or she has a different perspective.. take note as most of us are not medical doctors and can’t be so objective. We at Cafe Eco are not here to judge your diets.. we are only here to offer an alternative and use eco friendly packaging, equipment and keep our personal carbon footprint low. Just to note that we do agree the animal industry in some case (large industrial systems) are not pleasant at all.. we will leave that there. There is very good reason to believe that plants, flowers etc are also alive, they grow, feel and respond to stimulation.. that’s why some people only eat fruit that falls from a tree and they never pick it off.. life is life, we all consume it in some form. Be kind and judge less.. we are all in one

06.01.2022 These are so cool.. We sell shampoo bars!

05.01.2022 It’s ok to eat meat from time to time if that’s your thing but look at the nutrition in beans! Still getting that protein kick with fibre and lots of other goodness thrown in, plus it’s less stress on our planet. Eat meat responsibly or not at all if you’re a beautiful vegetarian or vegan friend. (This is meant as a guide due to it being non specific. Different bean varieties will vary in nutrient content and beef will differ depending on the cut).... It’s very exciting to learn about the nutrition in food and all this can be found online (not My Fitness Pal). Being on top of your nutritional intake will keep everything moving and you feeling great. See more
