25.01.2022 I would like to thank all our wonderful customers for visiting the cafe during the year. We are closed for the Christmas/New Year period and will re-open on Monday January 6, 2020. Thank you for your support xo Ruth

25.01.2022 The Riverstop Café has been closed due to COVID 19 we are currently getting it ready to reopen. The closure has provided us with the opportunity to review and renew the Café and as part of that, prior to reopening we would like your feedback. What hours would you like to see the Riverstop Café operate Monday to Friday.

25.01.2022 Every Friday a lovely group of ladies (a few were away today) get together in the Seasons room to sit & chat & plarn using strips of plastic bags as yarn. They upcycle shopping bags by crocheting them into sturdy reusable shopping bags. These plarn bags can be purchased for sell $5 .. No 2 are the same :-)

22.01.2022 The family of Jenny Low have asked that their heartfelt thanks be passed onto you all for your well wishes, tributes and messages of condolence. Due to the restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 virus the funeral is limited to 10 people, however they will be holding a Memorial service for Jenny when the restrictions are relaxed. 12.01.2022 The Riverstop Cafe lost one of their Family on Sunday April 12 .. Jenny Low. Jenny was my go to girl if I was in a pickle, Jenny would be there, always there to help me if I needed a helping hand, come in early if I was having a busy day or doing an extra shift or two if we were short staffed. Nothing was too much trouble for Jen. Our Cafe will be a sadder place with the passing of Jenny. Our heartfelt sympathy go to Brian, Michelle, Letitia & Luke. Ruth

As from tomorrow, Wednesday we will: *Have no menus on tables *We will go cashless .. eftpos only *No Sugar bowls or Salt & Pepper shakers on tables. If you would like these then we will wipe them with an alcohol wipe prior to use *Pick your table and we will make sure it is clean before you sit down... We value your patronage .. There will be plenty to eat at the... cafe and Sausage Sizzle/Tasty Toastie stalls so come hungry. Buskers will entertain you from the stage all morning and of course the market stalls will have lots to temp you with! Gold coin entry to raise funds for Encircle.
