Such a honour creating this wedding as Janelle is one of my fellow wedding industry pals @cakes by dark cherry cherry whom I absolutely adore and have many a great laughs with! Being a part of her wedding this year was a highlight of 2019 and I cant wait to see what 2020 brings! I hope everyone is enjoying time with their special people today celebrating Love and to all my fellow florist friends I hope you have survived and are getting to put you feet up soon if not already! It’s time for me to forget the thousands of red roses that have passed through these sore hands and rest my sore feet until.... tomorrow with a weekday wedding this week for very dear friends of ours in the next few days there will be hundreds of roses waiting to see me again

15.01.2022 Im back in the studio today and have spent all day getting into the emails and responding to you all! If you havent heard from me today please send through another email Gosh its been crazy coming home and going straight into self isolation (at least we are over half way now although we will continue to live this way for quite sometime to work against the spread of Convid-19 ) I almost feel like I am in a movie as we had the most magical day ( we were so lucky that we ...could have our day as so many couples have been affected which breaks my heart and I cant imagine the stress this has caused ) to coming home to the chaos this virus has caused. The fear of the unknown is upon us all as we try and navigate through this pandemic! Wish there was a switch I could turn on to fix everything but I know we will all get through this together and we will come out better than ever!!! To all my clients I am here to help in anyway I can and am working on ways I can evolve and improve my services whilst playing my part in the fight against this deadly virus. 08.01.2022 My dream wedding was to have an elephant attend. Now as I chose to get married in Thailand this wasnt impossible to do however as my venue didnt allow them I was a little heartbroken However my amazing photographer organised a post wedding photo shoot with.... an elephant! What an incredible human she is This was an excuse to put on my dress a couple of days after the wedding get glammed up and go on a little adventure! I will never be able to Thank @tessakit enough for... bringing this dream to reality! I also put together a bouquet of preserved bleached foliages and amaranthus because well... Im a florist I used beautiful ribbons by @herbeautifulmess_creative to finish it off I must do a shout out to @whitneyhaze_cosmeticartistry too as she did amazing work with getting my skin & Brows gorgeous for my time away! I cannot wait till the restrictions are lifted so I can visit her again!

06.01.2022 Yesterday was the best day of my life! I got to marry my best friend in one of our most favourite places in the world! Thank you to the beautiful @tessakit for not only travelling over to Phuket to photograph our wedding but also keep me calm all day, get down a boggie with me at the after party and supply me with the most magical sneak peaks of our wedding! Stephen and I were and still are on cloud nine! Big thank you also need to go to Ilaire @phuket_wedding_planner for mak...ing planning my wedding so easy which allowed me to stay focused on my own brides and know I was in safe hands! Also to @jbjpictures who are the coolest couple whom travelled over from the USA whom also kept me calm, were awesome to hang with all day and have me so excited by the clips shown on their equipment! Finally to Jade from @natural.gold who wasnt meant to be working but jade being the wonderful human I know not being to not get amounts the flowers stepped in and helped with my bouquets. Will never be able to thank all of you enough for yesterday! So much love for you guys!!!! See more

06.01.2022 2019 top 9! What an amazing year it has been!!! Thanks everyone who follows along, likes and comments on my little insta page! I find social media quite overwhelming sometimes (as Im sure a lot of you do too) so it means a lot that each and everyone of you wish to follow my journey and see what awesomeness Im creating for my beautiful couples! Im excited about what Ill be creating in 2020 and Ill also be getting married myself too in March! May 2020 bring you all the love, joy and laughter possible!

06.01.2022 That first smooch as Mr & Mrs I maybe a little quiet on the gram at the moment but I have certainly been a busy little bee! I have finally had a chance to catch up on a lot that I have been dreaming of doing which has been amazing! Ive also been hosting lots of consultations via zoom too getting to meet lots of new couples planning their special day. I actually love the new adjustment to zoom meetings and so far my couples do too! So whilst eventually when this whole convid lifestyle is over I will go back to in person but I think Ill keep the option for virtual consultations too for the convenience for my couples unable to travel to Baldivis! Love you guys Janelle is the wonder behind Cakes by Dark Cherry whom creates the most magical wedding cakes and even created the most delicious masterpiece for my engagement party last year Its such an incredible honour to create for fellow wedding industry folks! But as usual when I tend to know the bride I forget to take photos of everything so none of the cake or the epic floral explosion of a bouquet

05.01.2022 So I must confess that Im not always one for a cascading bouquet as sometimes I feel they are a little dated however this bouquet being all natural stemmed and using natural elements to cascade without too being structured made me one happy little florist creating and watching the magic come together. Id certainly give this design some heart eyes!!! One thing with cascades though I never can photograph them properly anyone have any tips??? Happy Wedding Day to the ever so lovely Aimee!
