25.01.2022 Yeah I was going a bit hard and my shell didn’t like the sudden stop. Neither did my ribs and I’m pretty sure one is fractured/broken. Go hard or go home and that’s racing Harry.

25.01.2022 My son and myself built our custom prototype fat frame front engine mount. It seems to be very solid and happy with it.

23.01.2022 The beast with the 100cc and 30mm modified PWK carby. Still needs some fine tuning but she’s a bit fast as it stands now. I’ll be posting my investigations on the stock pipe against my calculated tuned pipe, with speed readings and videos on the same stretch of track without changing any mixtures. I’m very curious and I’m betting the tuned pipe will have the engine produce more torque at a certain rev range. That rev range is dependent on the sloped angles of the pipe itself.... So a bigger angled pipe gradient, (sloping out to a larger pipe quickly at both ends of the pipe) will create lower end torque. The longer style angle or slower gradient will give a better top end power. But it’s a lot more than that as well. So many factors and I’ll make it easy. I’ll make them for you to buy eventually. My time has been taken up with some personal inconveniences and work lately. I will get there so bare with me please. See more

22.01.2022 When NY meets country Lmfaoo ft my DAD! Stephen Petrosino

20.01.2022 Found some CAF crank seals growing in the letterbox. Kyle, I can now finish your motor.

20.01.2022 Now this is a crack up. I’ll be posting some new stuff soon and sorry about the inactivity recently. It’s a hectic time of year and I have a few things that I’m going to be putting together for people to purchase.

19.01.2022 CAF RACING is open. Kicking up the fire and doing some work.

18.01.2022 My two boys and myself trying to take out the local flying foxes dive bombing us and urinating as the dirty pricks go past us. Pay back time.

18.01.2022 I’d say a few people are starting to like what I’m doing with their bikes. I’m so glad these guys are enjoying the extra performance, and that to me is just, CAF!!!!!

17.01.2022 Sons new bike runs very smoothly with big torque at bottom end. Carby needs some jet adjustment, but otherwise it’s very impressive.

17.01.2022 Sprocket on my sons bike With a random paint job.

16.01.2022 My son built this motor on the weekend and ready to bolt on. Bench started it and it sounds like a winner. But awesome work by my son Lachie and I’m impressed with his attention to detail and the way he went about it in the CAF way.

16.01.2022 Happy New Years you are all CAF

15.01.2022 The prototype reed valve I’ve made by hand. Little bit more work and she’s ready to try out. Still some machining to finish and hoping this weekend will be the day it delivers. Love this shit.

11.01.2022 Front hydraulic brake just about done. This will be a great upgrade and no more going through pads. These pads in this will last for quite awhile.

11.01.2022 The missing link has finally arrived. Now it’s time to finish this motor.

11.01.2022 New high speed toy today. It’s a winner at 75,000 rpm. Love this tool.

10.01.2022 Just had this beast rock up at my place today. What a weapon and I love the old gangsters tanks. Don’t make them like this anymore but hey! Petrol wasn’t that expensive back in 1943 when these things were built either.

09.01.2022 Tradies that have way to much time on their hands and I shouldn’t talk, this is something I’d do just for the reaction of people walking by.

09.01.2022 It’s so unbelievably strange to live this and it feels like an apocalypse. Mallacoota is such a beautiful place. https://www.facebook.com/100005718609721/posts/1284679411732667/?d=n

09.01.2022 Made this piston last night with my new mill table and end cutters. I don’t know why I didn’t have these before and what a great time saver.

08.01.2022 Holy crap. Now that’s a nice unit and 2000 hp! What a weapon

07.01.2022 Loving this mill table.

07.01.2022 Some more stock arrived today and I needed it.

07.01.2022 Got a little bit of speed going today with a different carby on but still not completely Happy yet. Besides I still have that restrictive pipe on and need to do some stainless mods on my intake but I’m close to getting it done.

07.01.2022 Whoop whoop, got my car today and I’m wrapped

06.01.2022 Now that’s how you turbo a 383 stroker. Serious pony’s and not for the faint hearted I must say.

05.01.2022 https://youtu.be/OGD6h-3gdys This 50cc rocks and I’ve seen him build it from day one. He started with a kit 80cc motorised. I’m going to build a motor similar real soon. 2 stroke stuffing’s videos are CAF in my book.

04.01.2022 Now that’s CAF

04.01.2022 This has been a headache but it will be worth it.

04.01.2022 This bitch of a motor is about to have a lesson in major hp. I’ll be posting a video but the compression now is off it’s face.

03.01.2022 Best ad ever https://youtu.be/e9yoEMiCOP0

02.01.2022 Got my mag wheels yesterday and I’d say I’ll be flaring the guard’s a little and may lower it a little with the correct bump stops to restrict the suspension travel. But she will look very sexy with her new 20 inch boots on.

02.01.2022 Okay, fingers crossed, this bad boy is getting fired up this afternoon and bench tested before I reinstall it on the bike. I’ll try and post a video with it running and see how much more power I have captured with my mods. I love this and it’s CAF to the core. This is what it’s all about and how we roll at CAF racing. Yeah boyz, this’ll keep you from watching your neighbours/home and away or whatever is you do in your free time. This is what I do.... I make stuff that is CAF.

02.01.2022 Second drill press for more projects and some serious milling to be done.

01.01.2022 New exhaust coming along nicely.

01.01.2022 Yay or Nah? I’m posting a picture of 2 pistons and I’m thinking of putting this taller one in a long stroke crank with modified cylinder. I’m going to say yay, and hell yeah I’m going to do it with crank reed intake. The first person to tell me what bike this piston is actually made for, I’ll make and post them a auto chain tensioner like the one I have on my bike. If you already have a chain tensioner I’ll send you a $20 PayPal voucher next week. I’ll add people to the CAF RACING messenger group if you’re up for the challenge. This is only for people with motorised bikes to be fair.
