23.01.2022 The first session of this year's Critical Dialogues will commence at 5:00pm on Thursday the 4th of March! The theme for this session is Porphyry and Human Sacrifice in which we will investigate the third century philosopher, Porphyry’s, ‘About Abstinence’ discussing human sacrifice! Come join UQ Honorary Research Fellow Dr Yvette Hunt in discussing how human sacrifice appears across the ancient world.
