24.01.2022 Suspended slab has gone up. A lot of thought and work has gone into this, a big thank you to all the trades involved. -The form workers even sent out a worker ...today to make sure all the props were double checked and wet down the walls to stop concrete making any mess. - complete electrical came out to double check their conduits hadn’t moved and were aligned. One step closer.

24.01.2022 New letterbox and planter boxes going up in bicton. A tough one but it will look great in the end. Thanks to Nic Taylor, any welding jobs needed give him a msg.

23.01.2022 Granny flat update and an emergency repair after a car hit a house. - house secured new window installed and bricked up for finishing trades - granny flat was plastered ready for white setting - insulation installed(was needed with the hot weather)... - sheeting installed ready for flushing - token picture of a cute puppy that keeps us on our toes on site.

21.01.2022 Some jobs Ive been doing lately. -Rebuild of wall for a wall cracking department of housing. - large letterbox department of housing - large gate was failing so resecured it. - limestone garden walls... - rebuilding a damaged wall (car) and acid washing it a few days after. Thanks for all the work this year guys. Word of mouth is great, Have a great Christmas and happy new year.

14.01.2022 Couple of jobs this week. - letterbox and planterbox supply and install waterproofing included. - rusted door frame cut out and reinstall new door frame. Removal of waste afterwards - white mortar letterbox supply and install... Family owned business/ bricklayer by trade and a registered builder. Msg me for a quote

13.01.2022 Small curved wall around a pool built and rendered. A new landscaping job in the works, started this week digger setting up trench for retaining wall and first small wall built.

12.01.2022 A very steep block in coolbellup had a retaining wall (brick) leaning over and damaging the patio roof. -So we have dug out the roots and installed a drain with geo matting connected to a soakwell, to help stop water pooling up behind the wall and compacting it over time leaning the wall over. Also laid stones on top so the water runs through to the drain. -installed a new natural limestone wall in front and made a cavity in between the walls and filled with mesh and concrete... to help reinforce it. Always best to find the problem first rather than just patching.

10.01.2022 Few jobs we have been working on lately. -granny flat ceiling being sanded down Gaz Numan -new house earthworks/repegging/ plumbing pipes and footings going down -small renovation bricking up openings and installing a new door frame. Ready for Giuliano Celesti to finish it off ... Hope everyone is keeping safe and well.

08.01.2022 New mixer been tested on a new front brick fence, nicknamed the castle. (Also somehow bought pants from big w but found the security tag still on them haha) The bicton cantilever letterbox nearly finished with stone finish. I think it looks great what do you guys think?

08.01.2022 A couple of jobs Ive been working on. -White mortar with recycled red brick, looked great but definitely not easy with the odd mixed sized bricks in height and length. -100 year old building in nedlands with very high ceiling 37courses and weather struck face bricks at the bottom, a jointing system I havent done since Tafe had to buy small trowels specifically for this job. - new front fence concrete has gone down ready for a future job.... Also milo showing hes part vampire. Hope everyone is doing well and avoid all the coming rainy weather.

08.01.2022 Granny flat renovation coming along. Wall alterations/ new roof beams to achieve higher ceiling/ welding to secure it all and removing old cupboards and ceilings. Also finished fence for the retaining wall a while back.

07.01.2022 A couple of jobs I got to work on this week. Limestone removal to fix a spa. Damage pier rebuild. Some render cracking we drilled in weep holes that didnt exist throughout, stitches brick work where it had significant cracks, bond Crete the cut out cracks with epoxy and mortar. Ps great family made me a bacon sandwich haha... Oh and the asbestos fence at the demo job has been replaced with colour bond fencing. Also set up another letterbox job but stacking bricks doesnt look exciting Hope you are all keeping cool in this hot weather.

04.01.2022 Finish on the rear garage wall alteration. I think the finish turned out great, like it was always there, a great idea to get more access to the backyard. Couldnt be prouder.
