22.01.2022 Peri Implantitis Treatment with #Periolase and #LAPIP protocol. Regrowing bone where it was thought impossible. Will check again in another 12 months.

15.01.2022 Progressive healing following Periolase treatment for Localized Aggressive Periodontitis. Female patient 33 yo. Initial presentation 11 probing 9mm mesial and distal, bleeding and suppuration. Localized laser pocket therapy and frenectomy completed. Treatment 7/9/18, follow up 22/2/19 and 13/5/20. Probing 3mm mesial and distal today. Some loss of distal papilla, but marginal tissues stable and healthy. This would be a very challenging site to effectively manage via implant therapy. #periolase #lanap

01.01.2022 Periolase Peri Implantitis treatment for problematic upper left central and lateral incisor implants. Female patient 62yo at presentation. Treatment provided via LAPIP protocol 19/7/17, follow up 29/4/20. Good bone fill and interestingly minimal gingival recession. Pt has had temporary crowns removed and definitive crowns replaced post LAPIP treatment. Conventional surgical approach here would have caused considerable loss of soft tissue height and volume. #LAPIP #LANAP #Periolase
