18.01.2022 Are you stuck in isolation with someone? Or are you by yourself?Video call a friend & Train together as a team with this workout! Work together to complete the total reps, while 1 person is working on the reps, the other is in Plank or Hollow Hold. Who ever need to tap out first says done and then you swap. Make sure you keep count of your reps and try to make it even if possible, break it up into sets of 10, 15, 20, 50 reps at a time etc.. Warm Up first for at least 5 m...inutes 100 Supermans + Plank 150 Squats + Hollow Hold 200 M/C + Plank 250 Skaters + Hollow Hold Stretch to cool down Enjoy!! 06.01.2022 Clean Curried Sausages I used to make curried sausages with a packet sauce. But not anymore!! I love cooking from scratch.. I love knowing exactly what is in my food and what ingredients I’m nourishing my body with.... I reckon I finally mastered the clean curried sausages! That rich, thick sauce is what we all love about this dish. My recipe makes 4 serves INGREDIENTS: 2 cup Basmati Rice (optional) and 2 cups of Water if cooking the Rice CURRIED SAUSAGES: 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 Onion Diced 2 Cloves of Garlic diced 6-8 Sausages 1/2 cup Beef Broth 1 & 1/2 tbsp Keens Curry Powder 1 teaspoon Ginger powder 3 tbsp Tomato Paste 1 tbsp Tamari (wheat free) 1 tbsp Honey 400ml Coconut Cream Salt n Pepper VEGGIES: Half Sweet Potato 1 Carrot 2 Handful of Beans (Any Veggies you like really) COOK: Cook Rice if using Heat Oil in Deep Curry pan to medium heat, add and Sauté Onion and Garlic Add Sausages to Pan on Medium to High Heat. Brown sausages on each side for a few mins and turn heat down to medium low. Add Beef Broth to pan and let sausages cook fully through with the bone broth. (this keeps the sausages from drying out and seals in flavours into sauce). Take Sausages out and cut into bite size pieces. Add back to pan along with Curry Powder, Ginger, Tomato Paste, Tamari and Honey. Stir through on medium heat. Stir in Coconut Milk and let simmer on low. Taste and add salt and pepper if required. Veggies: I cheated with these and steamed them before adding them to the curry right at the end before serving.
