24.01.2022 Start of school holidays why not whip up a treat for the kiddies. Triple choc chip cupcakes with chocolate icing of course. Went down rather quickly lol

24.01.2022 Something a bit more technical. Gotta keep up the skills whilst out of a job. Confit salmon with fennel and Apple salad and an amazing Asian dressing with sake and mirin. Mmmmm

18.01.2022 Nothing quite like homemade potato scallops. When you can't go to a fish and chip shop cause everything is CLOSED whip up a batch for the kidlets. Young Steve gave the tick of approval liked them better than the shops lol. That's my boy. WINNING!

08.01.2022 A Spanish dessert traditionally for Easter but works for Valentine's Day lol. French toast filled with chocolate served with a Mandarin sherbet. Yummo

08.01.2022 One for the diabetics. A Panna Cotta with pomegranate Mandarin and cranberry sauce. So so smooth and light. The wobble was amazing.

06.01.2022 Oh my goodness. These little beauties are divine. Mocha almond cakes. Chocolate cake filled with raspberry jam, kahlua cream and shaved chocolate, topped with kahlua cream and choc shavings.

04.01.2022 Pancit. Traditional Filipino fried noodles with chicken and beans. OMG This was the best dish ever. Even the kids went back for seconds lol.

03.01.2022 oh yeah wrap your mouth into these little beauties. Barbequed lemon myrtle prawns with homemade sorrel mayo and Lemon and mint homemade spring rolls with lemon syrup. Made the wrappers from scratch yay. So so yum.
