20.01.2022 Here’s something to make you smile! We are SO proud of our squad gymnast, Courtney-Jane who recently completed a school project with the criteria being that it had to be anything strange. Courtney-Jane created a gymnasium for animals!! We are so impressed by her creativity and diligence; so much effort has gone into it her project Courtney-Jane also wrote a poem about gymnastics which is also featured in this video. 04.01.2022 Here’s a lesson on rotation with coaches Tiana and Michelle! So many gymnastics skills involve rotation. Forward/backward rolls, forward/backward walkovers (and front/back saults, layouts and twists down the track!).
