From a new fabulous role at #twochapscafe, making one million doughnuts (including mastering a cracker of a vegan doughnut recipe), my own wedding (and wedding cake!), spending countless hours obsessing over croissants and finally NAILING my own, and of course trying my hand at plated desserts for the very first time thank you Piero and the whole team at @twochapscafe for the best job and workplace in the entire world! Here's to another ginormous change in 2017 - watch out UK, we're coming mid year #best9of2016

This guy is right chocolate with home made chocolate vino cotto caramel (vino cotto from the beautiful @dilussoestate), topped with a number of tasty treats including @kakawa_sydney caramel popcorn and dark chocolate and caramel crispy pearls, and chocolate vino cotto caramel truffles coated with tempered dark chocolate, finished with edible flowers from our home garden and chocolate pashmak

21.01.2022 Celebrating Aussie sweets today!! Our pastry cabinet was overflowing this morning and it all got gobbled up before we could blink an eye! We had vegan lamington doughnuts, pavlova doughnuts, classic jam filled lamingtons and the softest, sweetest brioche finger buns
