23.01.2022 I've made quite a few cakes for this family, they are such precious people! Thank you for asking me to make this special cake to celebrate Daniela's 16th birthday! Top tier was vanilla with strawberry coulis, bottom tier was red velvet with cream cheese frosting! Hope you all had an awesome day! Daniela loved her cake.

22.01.2022 Things have been rather quiet in 2020, but thank goodness for friends. I made this cake for my friend's daughter, I made Georgina a similar cake for her 1st birthday and she wanted the same one again for her 5th birthday.

05.01.2022 Been quiet lately as I decided to take a break and visit my son in Sweden. The day before I left there, I made a pumpkin cake, this was vegan chocolate! The day after I got home I made the Sydney Roosters jersey cake, this was Red velvet with cream cheese frosting. Both for very special people.

04.01.2022 My beautiful granddaugter knew exactly what she wanted for her 10th birthday. Red velvet cupcakes with macarons, m&m's and flowers. Whilst it's sad she couldn't celebrate with her friends or take cupcakes to share at school, she loved them and was thrilled with what nana made her.

02.01.2022 Mariah was turning 2 and her mum asked for hand made daisies with purple centres. When the birthday girl saw them she said "I like flowers". Just as well precious girl, your white chocolate mud cake was covered in them!

01.01.2022 First cake for the year! Crazy and sad, but lots has happened! My grandson managed to get his 6th birthday party in before the social distancing laws came into force. His party was a ten pin bowling party and he chose the cake and couldn't wait to bowl the balls and hit the Skittles!
