25.01.2022 After completing our shower repair we was asked to do a hot water replacement and relocate as u can see by the images this needed dragging into the 20th century We relocated the plumbing and also the electrical supply whilst also fitting a RCD at the switchboard and an additional time clock so our client can synchronise there hot water unit with the solar

25.01.2022 Another very simple job completed no Need for 2 trades. complete install from scratch including new concrete base new RCD protected circuit installed with isolator to meet new legislation and tempering valve fitted only in bathing area to Allow 65 degrees to laundry & kitchen sinks as requested by owner

23.01.2022 So busy day on the plumbing front today. Our client had a bursted shower combination behind a tiled wall just a small crack in the body of the combo causing water to pour down thru the ceiling every time the shower was used We have managed to cut out the wall from behind the shower so no tiles removed at all and replace the shower combo and all the tap ware and shower rose and fully reinstate our clients services at a fraction of the cost of pulling out a shower combo ect.

23.01.2022 We have just been involved in a house raise for a local builder and have had to relocate the switchboard as well as solar inverter and isolators as well as plumbing ,gas fitting ,and air conditioning work perfect example of why people in our local community keep coming to us instead of the pain of dealing with multiple trades here is what we walked onto today with a snapshot of the end result

21.01.2022 Called out to a breakdown on this 5 year old Mitsubishi AC unit client heard a loud bang & it did not take us long to strip it out find the problem and locate a new fan barrel

21.01.2022 Havnt posted for a while as we have been incredibly busy but here is just another example of someone making the most of our skill set and massive range of services we cover. Today we removed this old hot water and installed a new 250litre unit in a new outdoor location. Completing all the plumbing & electrical work making sure it was upgraded to a new RCD at switch board and separate isolator to meet new legislation. And also we removed the old electric oven/stove and fitted ...a new dual fuel 60CM with gas top electric oven. This required a new gas line & also a gas conversion to make the stove work on LPG We also installed a automatic change over regulator so our client does not have the hassle with swapping over gas bottles regularly. This will now run at a very economic cost to our client with no bills as the bottles can be swapped over by them. 19.01.2022 We was called to this job that had been defected for the flu being to close to an openable window. Some gas fitters clearly dont know the rules & difference between natural draft & fan forced We have now removed the tank and installed a instantaneous with fan forced flu to make it compliant All plumbing gas & electrical work was completed by electroplumb so again no need for plumbers & electricians Just 1 call & its sorted

19.01.2022 Busy weekend just gone working thru to get this switchboard ready for Energex to connect today. Sub mains upgraded overheads mains relocated and switchboard relocated and upgraded only a small board but still a lot of preparation needed for this to be completed.......... now back to plumbing for the next 3 days

18.01.2022 Even though its stinking hot we are just as busy installing hot waters as we are installing air conditioning Or in this customers case we did both new air conditioner in the morning and a new gas hot water in the afternoon our client was delighted to get everything done by 1 company at a seriously competitive price This gas hot water was definitely past its sell by date We decommissioned this unit and fitted a new continuous flow unit in a new location All plumbing gas electrical and air conditioning work at this property was completed by electroplumb

14.01.2022 Really starting to busy up on the hot water side of things and winters not here yet. Today we took this old prehistoric burner and put it were it belonged in the garbage bin. The customer can now make use of having there home back without an indoor water heater. We have replaced it with a new Rinnai B26 natural gas and relocated into a outdoor location. 11.01.2022 Today we was called out to a faulty Circuit on this switchboard at our local bowls club. We traced the fault back to this old relay switch that was stuck in the on position. We have now removed this and put it onto a time clock so it can be easily controlled. We now have the task of upgrading the switchboard including all the metering so it is compliant for the 126 solar panels going on the roof.!!!!!... Now the real fun begins. 11.01.2022 Another busy week with hot water Installation again we are so popular for this given we take care of the plumbing gas and electrical work this customer had a special request that they wanted a place to shower/wash the dog as well as a new hot water so we came up with this which worked perfectly for what they wanted

11.01.2022 Big day this week and another chance to show our off our ability to complete different jobs without multiple tradesmen. In the morning/mid lunchtime we fitted these 3 split systems and by late afternoon we was down the road removing a leaking hot water and relocating it to a new position. Both jobs completed by the same person plumbing work AC work & electrical work without the need for different tradesmen. Both jobs done to code with new RCDs fitted to meet legislation & a isolator on our hot water. 09.01.2022 Real mixed bag today started the day off chasing down a tripping circuit after the storms before going to 1 of our clients homes to fit a new Panasonic AC unit and why we was there the customer asked if we could fit a new toilet and also service the taps Another happy customer getting multiple jobs completed by 1 company this is the exact reason that makes us different and sets electroplumb aside from the rest 1 call does it all

09.01.2022 Here at electroplumb we do a lot of electrical & gas work in the caravan industry sometimes simple installation work & other times it can be a very hard fault to find. Today we was called out to this 6 Tone 5 wheeler motor home built in America and modified here in Australia. It had 2 different switchboards 1 working on 240v The other working on 110v so half the van was running On 240v ... the other on 110v Our issue was no power to 50% of our outlets as well as other random things. Difficult job to trace out all the cables & understand how it was wired After hours of searching & testing we traced the problem back to this step down transformer which was unable to hold a load on the 110 side Interesting job and a real challenge the customer also got us to look at a problem with the gas generator why we was there which we fixed on the spot another customer utilises 1 company for a complete job See more

08.01.2022 Its been that busy for the last few weeks I have not had a minute to post apart from being crazy busy with hot water & air conditioning work we have also managed to fit in a new rail shower installation which turned out well also our customer today got us to complete a range of plumbing work from repairing the gas hot water unit fitting a new toilet & plumbing in the fridge & finally installing this beautiful deck lighting here are a few before and after pics

08.01.2022 What a contraption Today we installed this smart wash toilet seat that both washes & dries your backside after use We had to alter the water supply so the device was plumbed correctly and also fit an additional power point to power the device once again 1 trade not 2 & job Done 1st time

07.01.2022 Another 1 bites the dust Its like someone has flicked a switch and the air cons have stopped and the hot waters have started This 1 was a very simple change over the tank simply wasnt supplying enough hot water so a simple upgrade to a rinnai instantaneous has answered all prayers And also frees up the ground space Once again more evidence no matter what your problem or what job it is ... plumbing work Gas fitting Air conditioning Or electrical We are your 1 stop shop So dont worry about the stress of dealing with multiple tradesman or 1 trick ponies just pick the phone up and give us a call

07.01.2022 This week we have covered just as much plumbing & gas work as we have electrical & aircon The beginning of the week started with a dual fuel gas electrical oven and stove top swap out and the installation of a matching range hood with flu to the outer wall this had to have modifications made to the gas line including a gas conversion on the appliance and RCD at switch board to meet new compliance. As the week progressed we was involved in the swap over of electrical hot wate...r to gas instantaneous with 3 seperate controllers to give independent use in different locations of the building. We also attended faulty hot water issues with damaged pumps and controllers which needed to be swapped before ending the week fitting some outdoor lighting in a entertainment area and installing some air conditioners. 02.01.2022 Perfect example of why we are getting so popular We was called out to this heat pump and after testing it found the PCB board had been fried and also the compressor had been fused basically not even worth considering repairing it due to labor costs and parts The customer had solar panels on the roof and was really wanting to keep low hot water costs hence them choosing a heat pump to start with Unfortunately heat pumps are very expensive so replacing this unit would of been... very costly So in we come We have put a new 250 litre electric tank in at moderate cost including fitting in a isolator and RCD at the switchboard to meet new legislation But we have also wired in a simple time clock at the board so our client only has to run there unit 2-3 hours during daylight and there hot water is completely free so not only do they get a bigger tank but also free hot water without the excessive costs of replacing a heat pump & on top of all this they dealt with 1 person not multiple trades and received only 1 bill Here at electroplumb it doesnt matter what problem you have with your hot water weather its electrical solar or gas service repair or replacement We do it all and we do it for a very competitive price See more
