23.01.2022 Todays lunch is a very simple and humble recipe that is very traditional in winter in my home land "Trinxat de la Serdanya". Which would translate to cerdenyas broken or squashed. Very simple silverbeet organic of course, with our own homegrown organic potatoes (pontiac), and some pork belly and garlic pesto. All squashed and then sauted in a pan with a bit of pure Virgin Olive Oil. And thats all. You can acompany the mash with good quality sausages or a couple of fried eggs. Or anything else you fancy! Bon Appetite!!

10.01.2022 Finally got done our first batch of cooked sausages which are a specialty in my home town. Its called "BULL / BISBE", translates to boiled. Its made of internal cuts of the pig, like liver and kidney and tongue, etc then all minced and mixed with spices and then stuffed into a large casing. On this occasion its sheeps casing. After being cooked in a huge stock pot, for a couple of hours.
