23.01.2022 Even though I have fractured my pelvis and various ribs, the show (mostly) goes on. After school classes at Shelley Primary School on Mondays, Yoga Flourish in Huntingdale on Wednesdays and George Burnett Leisure Centre (Karawara) on Thursday. I wont be on the floor but asana, breathing and mindfulness will continue as usual...

23.01.2022 Letting people know that classes at Shelley Primary School, the George Burnett Leisure Centre and the Frank Konecny Family Centre are on hold due to the health crisis and the need to socially isolate. The good news is that I am setting up live streaming - from my home to yours via Zoom! Still finalising processes and hardware, but should be up for term 2. I will keep you posted. Any comments, queries welcomed. Keep well and stay safe.

School holiday program for 4,5,6 year olds - over 5 weeks) Term 1, 2021 - 7 to 12 year olds (weekly for 8 weeks).... Peaceful Kids is a smll group psycho-education program based on Positive Psychology and Mindfulness which helps lessen symptoms of anxiety and stress in children. Builds resilience and emotional intelligence in children as they learn to manage their emotions.
