16.01.2022 I was an expert voice in this article. My opinion is the healthy expression of well channelled anger is helpful. Withheld emotions take energy to repress and simply lashing out without awareness isn't always productive. In these difficult times we need to pay attention to our emotions and allow a voice that is cathartic and constructive. We need to express as it help release the charge and put us back in touch with our natural power. I hope you enjoy this excellent article in last weekends Guardian.
