Today after 2 very full on gym sessions I was popped - so I ran A magnesium Bath with aromatouch oil and cypress oil - cypress releases to toxins - helps muscle spasms and whole lot of other things!!! Aromatouch I just LOVE in the bath - relaxs muscles - eases my mind and really helps in recovery I find!! I did have 2 little friends pretty much setting up for the night in there with me ( complete with chairs and all) however i Made it a priority and it was bliss What’s your self care go to?
