I'm emotionally exhausted hearing about these cases. There are so many dedicated nurses and carers working in the industry - and under so much pressure. But meanwhile greedy, powerful corporates with execs on big salaries continue to make huge profits and are unaccountable.... I have to deal with RN's and OT's who want to make a difference and are not given the chance to make decisions because of these micro-managing execs and it's sickening. We think we're a smart society - we've got such a long way to go.
