24.01.2022 We shot this video back in the middle of winter (wouldn't believe it by the gorgeous blue skies and intentional ocean swimming but it's true) and what I wouldn't give to be swimming in that beautiful freezing water once again. 19.01.2022 Recently I learned of a colourful and unusual photo technique called the 'Harris Shutter'. Traditionally, the method is different, but with the magic of modern day PhotoShop, it's made by layering the red, blue and green channels from 3 images with the same background but different subjects onto one canvas, allowing the colour channels to mix wildly, only briefly revealing the true colours of the subject as they overlap, meaning my face is barely it's natural colour and is in...stead the mess of a rainbow you see here. I found that whichever image on the green channel was the most visible - so take a look to see the different combinations and how they play together. This style isn't for everyone but it's fun and certainly a different vibe to liven the creative juices once again. #photographybusiness #harrisshutter #photoshopediting #RBG

08.01.2022 Single dropped by the magical man of music himself Luka Sandeo Always a great time working with this man and this cover artwork was no different. This piece only took about a half hour to shoot on a frosty winter night but then went though 4 or 5 alternate concepts in the edit after a confident initial idea. Lesson learnt: always shoot more styles and poses than you think you need, even if you're 90% confident the idea you started with, which we were. ... It almost never works out first time the way you think it will - so save yourself some heartache and shoot like crazy, getting those creative juices flowing, because you never know what direction you'll finally land on in the editing room. https://open.spotify.com/track/16ojkesod2UifkQY5rUe5J
