This is not going to go away and the fact is that towns with no water will eventually have to be abandoned. This ABC article reminds us of how close it was ..... but shies away from explicitly mentioning climate change. YET the gas industry is expanding plastic manufacturing to cash in on its byproduct ethane, and propping up it's failing business model. Again, treating the cause is better than treating the symptoms of plastic pollution killing our seas. So-called 'gas led' recovery cannot include gas or it's a government led mass extinction.
