13.01.2022 "If we passed laws that said that rapists were required to wear condoms- would rape be just a choice? If the Church set up rapist centers for men to talk about... their feelings and how they didn't have a choice about raping- would rape still be wrong? We could start a 40 year campaign to regulate rape, maybe saying that rape can only happen after a woman is 20 years old or only after dark. We could set up places where rapes could happen in a safe, legal, and sterile manner. We can tell those who believe it's wrong that they need to show more compassion to the rapists- to see the rapists as victims. The Church could raise money and worry their hands and wish that Jesus would come back to stop it and vote for anti-rape politicians who would hopefully pass more anti-rape legislation. Meanwhile 3500 women were getting raped a day, while we (the Church) congratulated ourselves on getting that number down from 3700 a day. But, what the numbers didn't show is that while 200 less women were getting raped a day, 500 preteens were now getting raped a day. Would we really call that a "pro-woman" victory? It's repulsive, isn't it? But that's what we've done with abortion. We've spent 44 years making pro-life laws that do nothing but regulate when and how a child is murdered. We have turned the mothers who kill their children into victims and most pulpits in this country are silent about this national sin. We do our fund-raisers and we walk our prayer walks and we wait for Jesus to come back and set everything right. But meanwhile 3500 babies are killed every day. Day after Day after Day. We talk about how successful our pro-life laws have been in stopping the killing and we cite our numbers. But, meanwhile, hundreds of uncounted babies are dying from chemical abortions (plan B, morning after pill, and the abortion pill). Over 60 million of our generation is missing.
