20.01.2022 Storms and heavy rain have caused flooding and road access issues which will result in some delivery delays on the rural mail services out of Cambooya and Greenmount Post Offices on Monday 10th February. 18.01.2022 ** COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE ** Deemed an Essential Service, your local Post Office remains open in support of our community. Australia Post delivery services will continue to operate. In line with Government Social Distancing Guidelines there ... will be changes at the Cambooya Post Office. This will not affect Postal operations, just how we provide service to you. Delivery of mail and parcels will be through our newly installed mail hatch located at the front door of the Post Office. During this isolation period, collection of your mail and parcels will not change - you will still collect your mail from the Post Office - delivery will no longer be over the counter and instead via the newly installed hatch. As of Friday you will communicate via an intercom located at the front door. For those requiring Postal Services ie: Banking, Bill payment, posting a parcel etc, you will be able to access the Post Office ONE PERSON AT A TIME to complete your transaction. WE WILL CLOSE EACH DAY from 12-1pm for cleaning and disinfecting of the Post Office and Pharmacy. The Cambooya Community Discount Pharmacy will also continue to operate under the same stringent guidelines. Please refer to their Facebook Page for further detail.
