Located at the previous site of the 1962 Empire and Commonwealth Games Stadium, these Apartments and Townhouses at Perry Lakes Reserve play a pivotal role in shaping the character and identity of the estate. The Podium Townhouses curved facade follows the geometry of Stadium Drive, which mirrors the stadiums original running track. ... At Empire, the original Stadium scoreboard has been restored and is now a landmark for the entire precinct. Designed in collaboration with @davidbarrarchitects, M28 draws inspiration from the precincts eclectic maritime heritage. Offering contemporary living in location with fantastic amenity on the doorstep, its not surprising that the apartments have sold out.
