10.01.2022 Heroes Journey Day 19 Boundaries and consent have been a talking point within my business and personal life of late Having grown up in a loving family with no clear boundaries, a fused family with no differentiation of personality, my own feelings and thoughts were put aside for the continued support of my life, sounds dramatic but as a 2-3 year old losing your parents love or attention feels like abandonment or even death ... 02.01.2022 Heroes Journey Day 8/90 Permission has been a big theme that has been coming up for me this week... Where am I waiting for permission and when am I giving myself permission?!
