24.01.2022 Wow. Things have certainly changed this year. Most of us don't like change especially when the change stops us from doing what we have always done. Our routines and our rights have been disrupted. Have you noticed, though, that the greatest strength, the greatest innovations and the greatest opportunities in history have come from some sort of disruption. All of a sudden we are forced to think. We are forced to think outside of the box we have made for ourselves. The h...amster wheel we have been running on has been stopped and we have been forced to consider "What are we going to do now? Or worded in a more positive sense "What can we do now?" "What have we been missing out on?" Sure the uncertainty is scary and makes us nervous or even anxious but the good thing about this disruption is that we are all in this together. So let's help each other and make the most of it. See more

04.01.2022 Facebook keeps telling me "You haven't posted anything in a while." That is true and it's not because I don't have time or have run out of things to say. It's just that I am choosing to spend my time doing other things which are important to me. I am still available for coaching sessions even over the Christmas period.
