15.01.2022 Congratulations to Jazz, Isabella and Angus on a wonderful jnr metropolitan champs. Jazz had a superb meet with a 3rd place in the 400IM, 7PBs, and 6 top 10 finishes! Angus and Isabella achieved PBs in their 50 fly today after a nervous start in their 50 free yesterday! So proud of you all!

08.01.2022 Who dares wins! A challenging training session for our Gold Squad this morning. A gruelling run, swim and climb combining Sublime point, ocean pools and beach runs. Fantastic to get out together and quite a few tired bodies at the end.

07.01.2022 BREAKING NEWS!! Hey everyone You will be all happy to know that I have received confirmation from Swimming NSW that they have been given approval to extend the ...500 swimmers on deck and 500 spectators in the stands to the Metropolitan Areas. This means you can all take your time to enter from Monday. There will be plenty of space. We will post the instructions on our website by the end of the week. In other news, the restrictions for Sydney International Regatta Centre remain unchanged. To give all swimmers a fair chance to enter we will be holding the girls races on 15/11/2020 and the boys races on 22/11/2020. Keep checking our website for further details.

We have tried something new in offering all formstrokes to allow swimmers a chance to get the time that they need for Area/Metros/State - if we have Officials attending. 02.01.2022 Hello everyone, Welcome back to our Summer Season. We are starting back for club night on Friday 16th October 2020 at 7pm. The online entry for Friday 16th October 2020 is now open. However, I will mention every week which stroke would have been swum. For week 1 - formstroke would have been Backstroke. CASC Summer Program 2020/2021 Swimmers unable to competently swim a formstroke event are invited to do a second freestyle swim. Choose ONLY 1 swim from Session 1 and choose ONLY 1 swim from Session 2.
