23.01.2022 Next up "The Apprentice". Personal Trainer Brad Rees. Brad started coming to Camperdown Fitness 18 months ago and under the guidance and programs set by Levi ha...s developed his body a lot from when he started. Brad has since designed his own training regime and program and his ready to put it to the test! Brad's goals are to improve strength and size a, while maintaining a weight at 85kg. Also to increase his aerobic capacity to a high level for the upcoming footy season. Brad's chosen diet will be high in protein while cutting out 75% of saturated fats and sugars. Also keep well clear of take away habits. "I want my abs back!" Training program will be to train a solid 6 days a week, incorporating core/abs/cardio 3 times a week. 18.01.2022 SO IT BEGINS!!! The team at Camperdown Fitness are now weighed in and measured up for the 10 Week Challenge. Their detailed profiles will be posted shortly but... first allow us to introduce them. 1. Levi Dare "The Boss" - Owner of Camperdown Fitness. 2. Brad Rees "The Apprentice" - Personal Trainer. 3. Hannah Worboys "The Trainee" - Personal Trainer. 4. Nina McDowell "The Therapist" - Myotherapist. 5. Isabella Dare "The Mum" - Secretary at Camperdown Fitness. Each have a different approach to the challenge ahead, and are all keen to show what they're made of and give the best transformations possible. 16.01.2022 Next up we have "The Therapist". Myotherapist Nina McDowell. Nina leads a very busy life and only has access to the gym one day a week so she will be doing a lo...t of her exercise from home. Nina prefers to train outdoors or at home using what she has available. But will utilise her Monday's at Camperdown Fitness to do some weight training. Nina's goal is to show that results are possible with a busy schedule. Her program will be Full Body Circuits 45mins 3-4 times a week incorporating body weight + resistant band exercises as well as walking most days. Nina's diet guidelines are to drink plenty of water, avoid late night snacking, eat smaller meals more often, choosing healthier snacks but keep the things you love. Nina's tip: "keep it interesting! We would like thank all are members, personal training clients and casual gym goers for there support over the last 3 and a half years. We hope you all got the benefits of our facility and also that you continue to strive towards your fitness goals in the future :)

11.01.2022 COMING in second place in the 10 Week Transformation Challenge is.... Lauren Meade! Lauren showed great determination throughout the challenge, whether it was during the group classes, gym sessions or doing extra fitness work in her own time. Lauren lost a massive 60cm overall (which was the most of any competitor) with some incredible changes to her waist (26cm) hips (12cm) chest (8cm) and shoulders (7cm). Lauren also shred 4.7kg over the 10 weeks! Amazing result Lauren, well done!!

10.01.2022 First up we have "The Boss". Camperdown Fitness owner Levi Dare. So far Levi has ran two very popular and very successful 10 Week Challenges with great results ...had by all. And with a third coming up he's decided to challenge his staff, and himself, to show the public what can be achieved in just 10 weeks! Levi's program will consist of 6 one hour weight training sessions per week, hitting every muscle group once per week. Combined with football training 3 nights a week, Levi believes he has what it takes to win the challenge and reach his goals of lowering his body fat percentage, increasing fitness and building lean muscle mass. His diet guidelines are to eliminate foods with added sugar and high fat content, drink heaps of water and as many vegetables as possible! 08.01.2022 Just reminder guys that Camperdown Fitness will be CLOSED from tomorrow for the Easter break. We will be open as normal from Tuesday the 18th. Enjoy the little time off and we'll see you back here next week to burn off all the chocolate ;)

08.01.2022 TONIGHT we have our 3rd place contestant, and that goes to..... Chiarra Taylor! Chiarra put in a great amount of effort, with the group classes and also her diet, and got some great results from it. Check out her before and after photos, she looks great! Losing a massive 47cm with big numbers coming from her waist (15cm) hips (9cm) shoulders (8cm) and chest (8cm). Chiarra also lost 3.2kg! Well done Chiarra, super effort!



07.01.2022 THE WINNER of Camperdown Fitness' 10 Week Transformation Challenge is...... Loretta Halliday!!! Loretta's results are truly fantastic and its a credit to her and the work she put in over the 10 weeks. Managing to lose a huge 7.7kg and a massive 57cm overall! Loretta's big improvement areas were her chest (13cm) waist (12cm) shoulders (11cm) hips (7cm) and quad (7cm). Check out Loretta's before and after picture to see the results of her hard work! For her efforts and taking top spot in the challenge, Loretta has earned the $1,000 cash prize! Well done Loretta, amazing achievement! And well done to all the contestants who participated in the great program. Make sure you continue on your way to reaching your fitness goals!

07.01.2022 Next up "The Trainee" Personal Trainer Hannah Worboys. Hannah has only recently joined the team at Camperdown Fitness but has made an instant impact getting som...e great results with her clients. Hannah has her own personal approach to fitness and is keen to test it against the other staff! Hannah's main goal is to tone up and to lose some centimetres from around her stomach, and just to improve her overall health. Hannah's training program will be: Monday - back and biceps Tuesday - chest and triceps Wednesday - legs or core Thursday - shoulders and core Friday - cardio Saturday - core Sunday - rest day. Hannah's diet guidelines are to drink at least 2L of water a day, have 3 main meals and 2 snacks each day. Allowed one cheat meal per week. And to keep a food diary to keep herself accountable. Hannah's tip: "Train with a training partner to stay motivated" Best of luck Hannah! See more

07.01.2022 Last but not least we have "The Mum". Camperdown Fitness Secretary Isabella Dare. Isabella is a proud mum of 9 month old Minty, which takes up most of her time.... But Isabella is ready to challenge herself physically and get her post baby body into shape! Isabella's goals are to improve fitness (run 10km on the treadmill without stopping at a speed above 8km/h) Increase core strength - tighten her abdominal muscles, lose some centimetres off her arms and stomach. Exercise 1hr 3 - 4 times a week. Isabella's diet guidelines will be to eat healthier and avoid ice-cream. Isabella's tip: "if you have children, get them involved with you because they are your real motivation" All the best Isabella See more

06.01.2022 COMING in 4th place is...... Colleen Baynes! Colleen made the most of the group classes, along with gym sessions and doing extra work in her own time. Colleen dropped a huge 43cm overall, with 10cm from the waist, 9cm from the chest and 6cm from her hips and quad. Colleen also lost 3.7kg over the ten weeks! Well done Colleen, great effort!

05.01.2022 COMING in 5th place of our 10 Week Transformation Challenge is....... Karen Smith! Karen put in a fantastic effort over the 10 weeks, combining the group classes with her own 6am workouts. Karen's results really show in her measurements and her before and after photos! Losing a total of 40cm overall with big numbers coming off her shoulders (11cm) and waist (11cm). Karen also lost 3.4kg over the 10 weeks. Well done Karen, fantastic achievement!

04.01.2022 10 Week Transformation Challenge starts Monday! If your are looking for a great way to kick start your fitness goals, this is the program for you! What you need to know: Starts Monday 30th of January. Come in on Monday and we will take your measurements, weight and some 'before' photos. We will also set you up on your own personal program to do in the gym which you will have complete access to. 01.01.2022 3 WEEKS DOWN!!! The staff at Camperdown Fitness have made a good start to the 10 Week Challenge, but they have all found somethings very hard! Most notably is trying to find the right balance between fitness and social life. The advice we can offer on this is you don't have to give up everything, just identify the things that are most holding you back from your goals and gradually take them out of your lifestyle. You don't have to drop everything straight away, going cold turkey on your guilty pleasures is often very hard, but if you taper off you are more likely to succeed!
