23.01.2022 We are very happy to be supporting people with cancer in partnership with Deniliquin CanAssist. Having a car to get to treatment is an absolute must in a rural area, especially with COVID-19 limiting access to public and patient transport.

This was so well run by the organisers and a fantastic group of people rode or supported the event. There were a number of sponsors who also supported the day - thank you for your generosity. 18.01.2022 We hope you have all had a restful and happy time with family and friends over the Christmas and new year break, but the time has come for us to get back into the making sure our community is looked after. So our 1st meeting for 2020 will be held on Wednesday 5th February 7pm at southern cross apartments. We would love to see you there to provide suggestions for fundraising for the coming year. Members and intending members most welcome.

17.01.2022 We have had an amazing response to the Christmas WONDERLAND this year - thank you to all the people who have come to see this fantastic Christmas display. There have been some beautiful family photos taken with Santa. Lots of decorations made by little people to take home. To all our members who have assisted in any way, once again we are grateful for the assistance given to us. The lucky winner of the raffle, Christmas cake - Tina Spackman & the Nativity scene was won by Phil Wickham. Merry Christmas to every one, see you in 2020.

After more than 180 ye...ars in Australia, the Sisters of Charity continue in their work of restoring hope and providing meaningful assistance to those in need. Through Can Assist, the Sisters will be helping those families in Cootamundra and surrounding towns who are experiencing financial barriers to cancer treatment. 09.01.2022 Harden Touch Football Association $5,000 donation to Can Assist. Harden Touch is a well supported community event which runs from September to March each year and encourages a great family atmosphere every Thursday evening at Roberts Park. Over the past years between 25 to 30 teams of 14 players have competed which usually see’s between 3-400 people gathered down on the Murrimboola.... Harden Touch Footy is a great asset to our community as is Harden Can Assist and the 2 have come together to assist many local families who are affected by Cancer.
