Although the couple (the sugar version) were very trying on the day when the heat played havoc and Bernard attempted to jump off the cake a few times. A very meaningful scene of Paul taking his beloved Butters for a walk, with the late Ollie following along (and of course Misty laying close by keeping an eye on things while they are out). It bought a tear to my eye while i was making Ollie as i know how much he was loved and missed.

13.01.2022 Lemon mud, layered and encased in whipped white chocolate ganache with chocolate shards & hearts, mini choc blocks, mini meringues (first time making meringues myself, must admit they turned out pretty good), and then delicious macarons. Yum, yum and more yum!
