18.01.2022 GREAT NEWS for the Canberra Gin Palooza ticket holders on 7 November. Artisan Drinks Co will be holding free 15 minute master classes in their drinks pavilion at 12pm and 1pm and 4pm and 5pm during the Palooza. The pavilion is just inside the entry to the event. Super star bartender MIKEY ENRIGHT will be showing you just how to use tonic in your G&Ts and cocktails when making them at home. You can't book - first come first served - 24 per class. We want you to have a great time and enjoy meeting the craft distillers and tasting the G&Ts they make for you. Gin, coffee and bottled water are all included in your ticket. Pialligo will be offering some well priced food to have with your drinks and don't forget to purchase some gin bottles for take home.

10.01.2022 Tara Distillery invites you to come and taste with them on Saturday during the Canberra Gin Palooza. The Shoalhaven's first craft distillery has just released their first gin! A juniper forward gin with select botanicals from Australia, Ireland, and Newfoundland which have been delicately combined to create a unique, well-balanced, complex Pot Still Gin. Smells divine too!

When you are attending the Palooza at Pialligo please turn up the brighteness on your iPhone and know where your tickets are so that we can scan your QR Code easily. 01.01.2022 SAD NEWS when an event has to be postponed. We understand and have chosen a date in late spring when the skies will be blue, the grass green and the air warm. The new date is Saturday 7 November and we will be back with the craft distillers, the Pialligo food, the amazing premium tonic and the yummy Schibello coffee.
