23.01.2022 Canberra based @rogerfabrispeedacademy athlete Will, came to me wanting to learn proper speed mechanics to take his sport to the next level after never previously doing athletics. Will has been working with me regularly for a few months now on both his speed and agility for Athletics, AFL, Oztag and Basketball. For a kid not even in high school yet, while the run can always be better it is very impressive to see a kid work hard and get results. He absolutely blitzed his heat ....time to go to the next level Speed is King
