25.01.2022 We recently completed this bathroom renovation for a lovely couple in Dandenong North while their kids were off travelling the US. 14.01.2022 Crack in the shower base? Don’t leave it and think it will go away. We got the call to come and inspect a cracked poly marble shower base and upon a very quick inspection saw the problem was much worse. The water had been leaking through onto the flooring and joists, rotting them completely out! The only solution was to rip it all out and start again. While we were at it we thought let’s make a modern fresh bathroom with a big 1500x900mm walk in shower, semi free standing bath complete with vanity and toilet install. Two niche’s complete with feature tiles really cap off this breathe of fresh air bathroom. #cannoncontracting #fresh #bathroom #bathroomreno #showerleaks

09.01.2022 We recently completed this stunning bathroom in Oakleigh South. Originally it was like walking into 1980 with green bench tops and a frosted glass shower screen with brass trim. During demolition we found severe water damage to the walls which we re-built and straightened every wall in the room! 08.01.2022 A care home we look after had an unusually high water bill and after a simple pressure test we identified a water leak. We traced it back to underneath the concrete slab in the centre of a hallway. The pipe was dug up, repaired, the concrete reinstated and carpet put back as if no one had been. 04.01.2022 This townhouse like many others has a balcony with a deck facing the beautiful tree lined street. Unfortunately when it was build the wrong profile sheet was used and the roof was too flat causing water to pool and not drain off the sheets; add in years of dirt and dust and you have rusted holes causing roof leaks. We removed the decking, the joists and old rusted roof components and packed the roof to achieve the correct slope/fall and laid colourbond clip lok sheets. 02.01.2022 Don’t let the bright white fool you. This bathroom was mocked up for sale with a few cheap fixes to make it look better come inspection day. Once we started the renovation works we discovered a dodgy bath install so we just had to do the right thing and replace it! The result however speaks for itself with a real freshen up of the room with nice ripple tiles on the walls with some larger dark grey tiles on the floor. A larger more practical bath with trendy show rose and du...el function mixer installed also. We also managed to squeeze in a washer and dryer combo which is a necessity in apartment living these days.
