18.01.2022 Here along the Canola Trail farming is in our blood. Just take a look at one of our local Pre-Schools who are attempting to grow their own farm and what else would they be trying to grow but canola. The preschool children have been noticing the yellow canola in the fields and discussing how they make margarine from the crops. They planted some of their own canola and wheat with little success but with an evaluated and revised plan they planted more in their window and it has already started to sprout. Upon discussion the children decided this was due to the sun shining directly on the window and the cotton balls having lots more water than our previous effort. Great job pre-schoolers, our future looks to be in great hands. Junee Preschool
