22.01.2022 We worked on breaststroke today, especially breaststroke kick. A great drill to practice your kick, is breaststroke kick on your back. Its real easy! Lie on your back with you hands under your backside and kick. Make sure you heals touch your fingertips, and your thighs stay relatively close together. Be sure to glide after ever kick and keep you torso and outer thighs straight, don't bend at your hips.... It was another great session with the @canowindraswimclub at the @canowindrapool #swimbetterhq #swimclinic #swimpractice #aussieswimcoach
