22.01.2022 Our take on Canh Chua, a traditional Vietnamese favourite comes with pan fried Salmon, pineapple, tomato, okra and basil. It claims a nostalgic spot in our hearts. We’d eat Canh Chua with Thit Kho Braised Pork belly at least once a week when we were kids. To be eaten together so it covers salty, sweet and sour. Only a few spots left tonight, while we maintain seating restrictions so book early to avoid disappointment.
