18.01.2022 I have made the decision to do a running challenge throughout October to raise money for a charity still to be confirmed.. I will be running 200km over the month finishing with a half marathon on the last day Went out and ran 5km this morning and I’ll run the same route the day prior to the half marathon and see how much I’ve improved in a month. ... Or that’s the plan If you would like to donate the bank details are below but please note they are different details to that of class payments.. Thank you for your support



17.01.2022 MAMFIT This is a new class starting tomorrow, it is aimed towards mothers with low impact exercises designed to strengthen the arms and core, as well as improve your technique when lifting from the ground as to avoid injury. All exercises can be done bodyweight BUT should you want to make your workout a little harder you can use a weight, I have dumbbells if you don’t have or you can use your child ... For those of you who have done mam and baby before this bares some resemblance but is not the same And the best part.. you get to meet other mammies and your children get to interact with each other. Tuesday mornings at 8.45am $10 In the shade by the park Involve your child in your workout or let them play I hope to see some new faces as well as returning tomorrow

17.01.2022 Just putting the feelers out there.. Captivate Capel is October 10th and I’m looking at hosting a couple of mini workouts to help promote CapelFit. I’m thinking a Kidfit, Boxing and HIIT, all to be about 20 minutes each but i need volunteers.... Anyone interested?

13.01.2022 A class specific to new mothers and their bubbas Complete a series of low impact exercises to help you strengthen your bodies to make tending to your children easier. Some exercises will use your baby as a weight to provide some resistance and most will focus on your core and pelvic floor.. all while entertaining your baby or toddler I love running this class so I hope to be able to keep it... ... Currently it runs on Tuesdays at 9.30am but I’m wondering if another day or time might work better for you

12.01.2022 Today’s a big day, 3 classes, all different, we had HIIT first thing, mid morning Boxing and Sprint this evening, some faces appear twice so fab effort there. Well done everyone, bring on the weekend

11.01.2022 Sprint tonight was a bit nippy but the mornings looking lovely Big 50. A class only on once a month where you get to work with a partner to compete a many reps as you can FUN FUN!

08.01.2022 It’s a bit harder to get all of our focus into a session with two little people but we try Full body session today with Eli joining in and about half way through we had to drop down to a 5kg Rosie weight and take turns

06.01.2022 NEW YEAR NEW TIMETABLE I have made a few changes to the timetable ready to start the new year We have three new classes.. ... Hardcore 100 which is pretty much what it sounds like but will only appear once a month Yoga which will be held in the community centre, it is the only class I would advise you not to bring children to unless they will sit quiet MamFit which is aimed towards mothers with small children, you can bring your babe or you can use a weight, all the exercises will be low impact and designed to help strengthen the body to make lifting and carrying your child much safer and easier Please check out ‘Group Fitness Polling’ for more info on weekly classes

05.01.2022 I was supposed to post this last night but got a little sidetracked HARDCORE 100 This is a new class that will appear once a month, you take it in turns to pick your favourite exercises before completing 100 reps of each. There is 45 minutes on the clock and some random runs will be added into the mix ... It then becomes my workout

04.01.2022 Yesterday I broke my own rule and I woke up this morning feeling groggy so I pulled my head out my arse and wrote myself a big workout.. Now I feel amazing.. Rule no.1... NEVER SKIP MONDAY... Rule no.2.. NEVER go more than 2 days workout a workout I am dripping from everywhere but I am proud to have Elijah and Rosie see that I’m not just the mumma shouting exercises at a group but can also smash a workout.. Boy child’s even started joining in

03.01.2022 Sprint is all about improving your running endurance by pre fatiguing the muscles before sending you to run A fine combination of leg focussed exercises with on the spot running based exercises with laps of the park It’s a quick session but you’ll run an average of 2 - 3 km each session. It’s a love hate thing!
