17.01.2022 6.30am HYDRO-HIIT HYDROTHERAPY HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING, OR SPRINT INTERVAL TRAINING . For those who can’t recover from HIIT on land - Hydro-HIIT is a wonderful alternative.... High-intensity interval training (also called sprint interval training), is a form of cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating brief periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
