24.01.2022 CLASSES UPDATE: Due to the recent review of Department of Health in regard to COVID-19, the usual class venues are currently unavailable. However, with safety measures in place, its possible to train safely outdoors, and Capoeira Forte Perth will continue teaching classes outside of Riverton Pavilion.... Our current schedule changes are as follows: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm for kids between 6 and 12 years of age 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm for 13+ Classes are going to be held on Monday and Wednesday at the Riverton Reserve, just off High rd. First class is free. Following this, there will be special discounted memberships for this period. The most important thing for us is to help the community stay positive during this hard time and provide a safe and fun environment to exercise. 18.01.2022 CAPOEIRA FORTE PERTH STATEMENT ABOUT COVID19 We take seriously the threat that SARS-CoV-2 (also known as COVID19) is for the community. In light of the communications given by the Department of Health, we have decided to continue running our classes with a specific set of rules listed below:... 1.Personal hygiene is the base to reduce the spread of this disease. As part of our classes, there will be a mandatory hand wash and sanitation at the start and at the end of class. Products will be provided by Capoeira Forte Perth 2.During training, enclosed shoes and long pants are to be worn at all times. This will reduce the risk of exposure and possible contagion by having less exposed skin 3.Classes will be held with MAXIMUM 6 people. If you would like to book your class, please contact us via https://www.capoeiraforteperth.com or any other avenues listed on our website. We will try our best to give everyone the opportunity to train 4.If at any point in time, you decide that you feel uncomfortable continuing attending class due to the current situation, or we have to stop giving classes due to health risk, any active membership will be frozen until activities resume after the pandemic We will make sure to follow the Department of Health rules and regulations about the current situation and reserve any right to discontinue classes if theres higher health risk. We are currently planning to run some free online classes during the pandemic period. This will include fitness exercises as well as capoeira ones.
