12.01.2022 Want to know how to make a healthy leftover chicken and avocado sandwich from home? Of course you do! What you need: Capricho’s Chicken Breast... 1/2 avocado 2 slices of wholemeal bread 1 mozzarella cheese slice 1. Chop off the avocado, then drizzle the lemon juice over, and place it on one bread slice. 2. Place the shredded chicken breasts on top of the avocado, then top it with the cheese slice and the other bread slice. 3. Grill the sandwich on both sides for about a minute, until the cheese is melted. Serve hot or cold.
