03.01.2022 Woke up to a beautiful reference from the divine new Mrs S. It has been great fun to not only officiate their wedding this weekend but make a new friend in the process :) From Mrs S:... "I'm sorry this has taken me a few days to write, but I'm semi recovered and wanted to say Thankyou. Not only are you an absolutely incredible woman who i am so lucky and so blessed to now call a friend, you're also an amazing celebrant. Things didn't run 100% smoothly on the day, there were accidental swears (by me) we forgot a few things here and there, I pretty much sprinted up the aisle and found out quickly I couldn't sit down in my dress haha But one of the things that did run right? You! You were funny, you were kind, you were sincere and sweet, you made an impact on everyone there, so many people asked: "where did you find her? she was amazing!" Watching the video back, we laughed at the jokes you added in, and Daz kept saying how grateful he was that you were there to direct us and also tell him to be a gentleman and help me up the stairs hahah His exact words were "I know it looks like I was being a gentleman but that was all Cara making me look good" Hahahhaha! So Thankyou, Thankyou for your organisation, and kindness, your amazing way with words and most importantly! for making us husband and wife! At no point during our experience with you did we ever feel uncomfortable or unsure of why we chose you, I hope you find all the joy that you gave us, we cannot thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts. Don't change a single thing you are perfection. "
