I have put off doing these for a while because of not wanting to look silly or just a self confidence thing. I'm realising more and more that it's ok to share with others what I'm passionate about because if it helps someone to find peace, happiness, new ways of perceiving things or just time to forget about stress and worries than that's worth sharing.

And I especially love it when it's for a good cause (the Black Dog Institute) and also close to home with family history of mental health issues and suicide. 06.01.2022 On Saturday 11th May People from Ipswich, Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast converged on The People's Gym CrossFit to compete in the Mixed Pairs Competition - a fundraiser to help get Lachlan Puig to the Down Under CrossFit championship in Wollongong. These are just a snippet of the photos taken throughout the morning. Some are mid-lift, some are of cake (mmmm.... cake!) some are terrible photos but funny, some capture cheeky personalities, some are when the bodies hit the floor, but my personal favourites are when people are supporting, cheering and congratulating each other at the end of the wod!
