Jodi had the pleasure of visiting Fitzroy Island National Park, swimming amongst tropical fish and turtles before popping in to work later in the afternoon. What a hard life we live here in #TNQ! Fitzroy Island Resort, Queensland offer affordable Fitzroy Island ferry transfers, departing 3 times daily. You can snorkel, paddle board or kayak straight from the beach, enjoy several walking tracks, camp overnight or treat yourself and st...ay at the resort! There are also 2 marine conservation projects based on the Island, the Reef Restoration Foundation and Cairns Turtle Rehabilitation Centre who are doing wonderful work to help protect our vulnerable marine animals. 03.01.2022 Our team love living in natures playground and often make the most out of our free time outside of work. We enjoy going for a run, bush walking, yoga on the waterfront, rainforest swims at our many beautiful local waterfalls, visit the beaches and islands close by, not to mention the endless amount of half day adventure activities available from Cairns. Jodi thought it'd be fun to jump out of a plane before coming in to work. Wooah! What a thrill Thank you team Tandem Cairns for lots of laughs, high fives and a crazy awesome experience.
