25.01.2022 Can carbon fibre be used in industry? Can you have a face on both sides? How about yes to both! ... These packaging flights are working away in a Brisbane manufacturing plant and have replaced their existing 350gr 2mm thick aluminum flights. Our 2.2mm thick versions weigh in at only 180gr, can handle at least four times the required loading.

15.01.2022 Our latest Carbon Fibre Industrial plates have arrived at their Brisbane destination and are ready to hit the production line. The longer 3.6mm thick plates are half the weight of their alloy predecessor and were expertly machined by GSA Advanced Machining. The smaller bevelled plates weighing in at only 71gr compared to the 413gr stainless steel options have removed over 2kg of reciprocating mass out of this high speed packaging machine.

13.01.2022 We all want to protect those pesky drive belts and the front of the sump but if you're sick of your aluminum sump guard always getting bent out of shape, this could be your solution. This Carbon/Innegra/Corecell sandwich sump guard measures in at just over 4mm thick, is under 600gr and is as tough as that piece of steak grandad burnt to bits. $490 plus postage (plus any custom mold requirements). Also available as a flat panel as well.

12.01.2022 Introducing a blanking off panel for in front of your engine or radiator that would be the perfect complement for the Carbon Fibre sump guard we displayed last week. Once again we used a blend of Composite Cloths and an inner core so it can stand up to a beating.

09.01.2022 Introducing our new Carboncraft F500 injection/carburettor cover that can be used in conjunction with our new air filter guard. Our unique injection cover is "5 sided" to try to eliminate unwanted material getting in through the lower front edge. A short video clip of each part can be seen in the comments.

08.01.2022 We're super happy to have been involved with Darren's lightweight carbon fibre panel kit. Darren came up with his own concept, made some of his own molds and fitted the panels himself to help save some $$. 08.01.2022 Although it's possible for us to repair some damaged panels, unfortunately it was the end of the line for this sprintcar panel. The torn dzus holes and 70mm long tear were repairable, but it was so badly out of shape and the creases left meant this panel now heads straight to the pool room. Thankfully due to it's fairly simple shape we had a replacement made in 48hrs.

07.01.2022 *New Product Time* We all know Carbon Fibre is black, but that doesn't mean you can't create variations to that. Tonight we're announcing that we can now offer a range of colours for our customers. We not only have access to a range of coloured Carbon/Kevlar blend cloth, but a range of tinted resins as well. ... Mixing ratios of the 14 available tint colours can be varied to create a full tint or just a subtle variation. (Details of the colour options are attached to each photo)

06.01.2022 Here's our new Formula 500 radiator air duct. Specifically designed to cram air through the radiator initial results have seen racing engine temperatures lowered by up to 20 with caution and roll around laps lowered by up to 30. Available in 1.3mm thick (900gr approx) or 1.0mm for the lightweight version. Check the photos for duct dimensions.

06.01.2022 Looking for an alternative to those heavy alloy sump guards? This little gem measures in at 4.3mm thick but only weighs half the weight of 2.5mm aluminum. It features a unique 3mm core between layers of Carbon and Innegra and is without doubt the strongest part we've made to date.... *The pictured item has 1mm thick folds for cosmetic purposes only to suit its application.
