11.01.2022 A couple of years ago Perry Cross, while considering his personal home accommodation options, heard about the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation scheme (o...r 'SDA'). Perry then approached a few mates in the property development and building game about helping him create a home for himself within the SDA scheme. Accessible Homes Australia (or 'AHA') was born. Perry recently moved into his brand new SDA home at The Qube Broadbeach and has now turned his attention to helping others find accommodation solutions to suit their personal supported living requirements through the SDA. For many Australians with supported living needs, SDA creates an unprecedented opportunity to live with freedom and choice of where they want to live, how they want to live and with who they want to live.
