15.01.2022 Congratulations.. Announcing Division 1 Carina Women's Duel Captains, Nicola Long & Hayley Coleman for the 2020 season.. Nicola captained our 2019 team and lead our forwards around the park at her favorite postion of Lock forward, Nic posses a never say die attitude and is a great defender who can also cover multiple positions, including halfback!. Nic is fearless!! Hayley is a work horse machine!! Haylz fitness levels will no doubt let us see what she is capable of *Sky's t...he limit for Haylz*.. 13.01.2022 Our first game is this Saturday at Chambers flat, 4pm kick off for Carina, but there is footy all day. 1st game is at 10am and will be lots of stuff going on throughout the day. Please come and support Womens Rugby League SEQ and help us raise money for the community bushfires appeal. Gold coin entry fee

11.01.2022 For pre season and the regular season we have a fully equipped weights gym, 25 metre pool, Boxing gym, Ice baths and the latest chryo stall for injurys and rehabilitation. We will also have strength and Conditioning programs available for Carina team players. We want you to be at your best when we take the field..Trainings are never rained off!..Zero excuses. Come and play, and be part of the culture at Carina. 20th November meet and greet, bring your boots and running shoes
