Firstly what you see on T.V. is stage hypnosis, the sessions with us are conducted in a comfortable setting with no audience.... Some of the recent areas treated are; phobia of driving over bridges, increasing effective communication, reducing anxiety. 05.01.2022 Hello my dear friends, I want to give you an update regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic with regards to my practice. As you are probably aware, the government has provided guidelines to try and flatten the curve of this pandemic, most of which involve a lot of hand-washing and sanitising, but also social distancing, as this virus is transmittable through lots of various ways.... As a remedial therapist, it is impossible for me to do my job whilst maintaining the recommended 1.5 metre distance from my clients. As most of my clients are in the high risk category (60yrs +, people with compromised immune systems and those with chronic medical conditions such as COPD, diabetes, cardiovascular issues etc.) I feel that is would be highly irresponsible of me to continue to have bodily contact with my clients, especially with some cases now being recorded in our local area and also having a toddler, who could potentially be an asymptomatic carrier. I have made the (very hard) decision to cease practising for the next month, at least, while we see how this plays out. Luckily, most of you have ongoing appointments that fall outside of this month but if you do have an appointment scheduled, I will contact you on a case by case basis.
